What if I have a U.S. billing address and U.S. shipping address, but I am shopping from a Canada IP address?
Customers shopping in Canada who are shipping to the U.S. can still shop using U.S. billing and shipping information.

Ship select orders to a Nordstrom Rack, Nordstrom or Nordstrom Local store, and pick up at your convenience. If ship to store is available for your order, the option will appear at checkout.


1) Buy Online
Go to Checkout and select "Ship to a Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom Store" in the shipping address section.

2) Pick Up in Store
You'll receive an email when your order has been delivered to the store. Go to Order Pickup to collect your order. We may ask to see your personal identification. 

We'll hold your order for 5 days. After that, the order will be returned and you will be refunded. Check your store's hours.

Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require 1 additional day to deliver.

Gift Cards
Traditional Gift Cards are sent inside a gift card holder. The recipient's name, sender's name, a message and the Gift Card amount are printed inside the gift card holder. Gift Cards shipped using standard shipping will usually arrive within 4–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Beauty
We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped to certain ZIP codes in Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or military addresses (diplomatic pouch mail, APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

Items in the order cannot be shipped separately to a home address.

Returns

What is the return policy?

For full refunds to original tender, items purchased online must be returned by 40 days after order date, and items purchased in stores must be returned by 30 days after purchase. For eligible late returns received up to 60 days after order or purchase date, your refund will be credited to a gift card in the amount of your purchase.

You can initiate returns for eligible online orders from your BABOM.com account or by using the Guest Returns page if your purchase history is unavailable.

All returns are subject to our return policy terms. 

Please remember to pair the correct item with the correct package and label. Items sent to us by mistake, using the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria, will not be returned to you or refunded.

BRING TO A STORE (FREE!)
Take your items along with your receipt and original form of payment to an open U.S. Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom store.
Go to Express Services, Customer Service or any register for assistance.
Refunds are expected in 3–5 business days.

SEND BY MAIL
Start your return online.
Ship your items with the prepaid shipping label that we'll email to you to print at home.
No printer? Show your digital return code at an eligible carrier location and they'll print a shipping label for you.
Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 3-5 business days after processing.
Mailed returns that are received past the return policy deadline are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original purchase prices. (NOTE: starting March 15, 2023 partial refunds will be credited to an electronic gift card vs. original tender)
Please note, a returns shipping charge of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund per prepaid shipping label used.

Frequently Asked Questions

What items are eligible for returns?
Apparel, footwear, home and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable. Returns or exchanges may not be made on Final Sale items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.

Beauty items are final sale, unless otherwise specified.

Nordstrom Marketplace items sold by another seller through Nordstrom, fine jewelry and designer items purchased at Nordstrom or BABOM.com are not eligible to be returned to Nordstrom Rack stores.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

Does nordstromrack.com have late-return fees?
Mailed returns that are received after these time periods are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices (NOTE: starting March 15, 2023 partial refunds will be credited to an electronic gift card vs. original tender). This will appear on your Purchases page as Late-Return Fee.

Can I return a gift purchased online from Nordstrom Rack?
Yes. Gift recipients may return eligible gift items to a U.S. Nordstrom Rack store or U.S. Nordstrom store. Refunds for gifts will be issued as a Nordstrom Gift Card, redeemable online and in store at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack.

Can I make exchanges?
Sorry, we do not provide an exchange option at this time.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Nordstrom gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).

If you return an eligible item to a Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom store, the refunded amount will be applied to your original form of payment. If you've paid with a credit card, depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund within 3–5 business days. 

Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 5–7 business days of receipt. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.

  • If you're returning a gift with a gift receipt, your refund will be issued as a Nordstrom gift card, redeemable online and in store at Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom.
  • If you paid by gift card(s), it is important to keep your original gift card (even with a $0 balance) as, generally, refunds or returns will be credited to your original gift card(s). If you also paid with a Nordstrom Note, we'll credit it back to your account within 72 hours. If you have questions, contact customer care at 1.888.966.6283.
  • If you paid with a credit or debit card and a Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom gift card, you will receive the refund in the original form of payment used to purchase the items if all items are returned or canceled. If the order is partially returned or canceled, your funds will first go to the credit or debit card used.
  • If you return an item to a Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom store and a gift card is being issued as your refund, you will receive that gift card in store.
  • If PayPal, Afterpay or a credit card was used in combination with a gift card or Nordstrom Note, the merchandise amount will be returned proportionally to the tenders used.
  • For faster returns, bring your eligible return items to any Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom store. 
  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Returning an item containing potentially hazardous materials?
Please pack, label and ship these items separately, and remember to affix the special label we've included to each package. Due to shipping regulations, this is required by USPS.
